Experienced practitioner and teacher with 10 + years in dance and yoga, focusing on slow, detailed instruction which honours the body's natural intelligence.

Believes in grounded, emotionally aware spirituality that recognises the body as a tool for peace and insight.

Aims to support individuals balancing busy lives to achieve greater ease and mobility in the body, calmness in the mind, and to feel nourished during periods of burnout or fatigue.
